The brief

The small condo needed two seating clusters and a dining area while maintaining useful circulation and a sense of openness.

The response

A transparent divider creates definition without blocking light. Ghadir used furniture scale, clear pathways, and compact built-ins to give each activity its own place within the limited footprint.
